Il Volo @ Boettcher Theatre
4.15.25
The operatic Italian trio of Il Volo, featuring the tenor tones of Piero Barone and Ignazio Boschetto, with Gianluca Ginoble rounding out the group with baritone, blessed the Boettcher Theatre in Denver, Colorado, back on April 15th, 2026. Denver being the first stop in the US Spring leg of Il Volo’s current 2026-2027 World Tour.
The all-encompassing silence of anticipation from the audience as the orchestra tunes, to cheers erupting as the trio walks out on stage, beginning with “Now We Are Free” and “Grande Amore”, the group showcased their surreal vocal prowess, blending beautifully into the symphony of the backing orchestra, hammering home to the audience that they were witnessing a truly world-class act before them.
On top of the trio's vocal talent being a divine performance in itself, the band's banter and anecdotes about their last trip to Denver back in 2016, when they performed at the Paramount Theatre, served as a grounding, comedic pause between awe-inspiring piece after piece.
